Replacement Policy

For arranging any Return for any reason you must call (888) 321-9264 and speak directly with a customer support representative to begin the return process.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).

Although you may leave a message (either using Voicemail or email), you still need to contact us directly to make certain your request has been acknowledged.

One Source Batteries Replacement Policy
Any product(s) that you are requesting to be replaced must be requested within 3 days from the date the issue has presented itself.

Acceptable requests for replacements:
1) Defective product(s);2) Wrong product(s) received;3) You've ordered the wrong product


 If you believe the product(s) you received is defective, One Source Batteries (OSB) will replace that
 item under the following conditions:
1) the replacement product(s) is paid for including shipping charges, or2) the defective product(s) is returned with copy of an RMA issued by OSB. *When your product(s) has been tested and it is determined that the Warranty issue is the responsibility of One Source Batteries we will1) credit the method of payment used in the original transaction, or2) ship out a replacement for the returned item.


 If the item you've received is not the product(s) that was ordered, One Source Batteries will replace
 that item under the following conditions:
1) the replacement product(s) is paid for including shipping charges, or2) the product(s) is returned with copy of an RMA issued by OSB. *b>When your product(s) has been tested and it is determined that the wrong product(s) was shipped OSB will;1) credit the method of payment used in the original transaction, or2) ship out a replacement for the returned item.


 If you've ordered the wrong product, One Source Batteries will replace that item under the following
 conditions:
1) the replacement product(s) is paid for including shipping charges, or2) the product(s) is returned with copy of an RMA issued by OSB. *When the returned product(s) has been tested and it is determined that the wrong product(s) was shipped OSB will;1) credit the method of payment used in the original transaction, or2) ship out a replacement for the returned item.


NOTES:
1) Any product(s) returned without a copy of an RMA that has been issued by One Source Batteries     will not be accepted.2) Any product(s) returned to a location other that the location directed in the RMA will not be     accepted.3) Any additional shipping charges incurred because a returned product(s) was shipped to the     wrong address with be deducted from any refund that may be available.4) Any return policy from any manufacturer will take precedence over One Source Batteries policies.


 Please know that you (our customer) are ultimately responsible for the choices made when selecting the items that are purchased.One Source Batteries does not take responsibility for applications that are not recommended by any Manufacturer. Please refer to the recommended specifications from the manufacturer to be certain they match when making your decision to purchase our products.
